Kelli and Matt's Big Day!!!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to shoot Kelli and Matt’s Spectacular wedding in North Carolina. It was such a fun wedding- I had an absolute pleasure hanging out with these two and their family for the day. They had their wedding at Kelli’s home church and it was such a cute church. After they said their “I Do’s” we headed to their reception location where they had a gorgeous outdoor reception out on a lake. They had a great party with food, dancing and tons of laughs with their closest friends and family- it was such a fun night.

The Worthington Clan

This Saturday I had the best time spending the afternoon with the Worthington's. They lived with us in England and now live here in Vegas- so I was so excited to get to do another session with this cute family. Their youngest Colton just turned one- so we had to get a few shots of him to celebrate that. Their oldest Kennedy is about to turn 10- so I was excited to get a few shots of her too- she is such a model and has great "visions" for her photo shoot. I love it. I spent some time running after Tyler and Logan too- they are such fun boys. Of course we had to get some of mom and dad too- and we got some great family shots. I love being around this amazing family- and you can tell they love being around each other too.

Dana and Mike's E-Session

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting Dana and Mike's E-session- and we had a blast. It is a little challenging finding really green grass in Vegas- so we headed to a Golf course and found some GREAT locations. We had amazing lighting too- which I always love. Then we headed to the strip to do some nighttime shots and I think they turned out great. Dana and Mike were so easy to work with too- they were up for trying all my crazy ideas. They are getting married in July and I know they will have a lifetime of fun ahead of them. Here are just a few of my favs from the day....

A day out with John and Kate

Last week while visiting my friend Kate in New Mexico we did a little session with her son John. John just started walking and it is so fun to see how fast he moves in such a short period of time. John is just a ball of energy and is always smiling- he is just such a happy kid. In New Mexico where Kate's parent live- they are so close to the mountains so of course anywhere was a great backdrop for some super fun pictures. John loves to swing and slide now too- so of course we got some great action shots. I had a great time running after that cutie.

Changes are a coming!!!

To all my faithful readers- I havent been blogging much on my photography stuff over the past few months- but that doesnt mean I havent been working. I decided to take the next 6 months and really concentrate on reinvenating my wedding business. This doesnt mean at all that I will not be doing family pictures anymore- but I really needed to take some time and key in on my skills for the upcoming wedding season. So I will (fingers crossed) hopefully be able to produce better work in each category of my photography. Over the next few months I will be unveiling a new blog and new products, as well as an updated website.
Morgan and I just recently purchased a ton of new equipment- which I am in love with!!!
Ahhh I love playing with new toys!

The Seattle Lohse Clan

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to do a little photo shoot with Sara and Brandon (our brother and sister in law) and their beautiful clan. I had a blast doing some fun girly things with our neice Mckenna. Who picked out what she wanted to wear for the photo shoot- she is a little stlyist already. Kaden and Karsten didnt care what they wore- but we had a blast with them as well. The day we did the photo shoot it was snowing outside so we did all the pictures inside of Brandon and Sara's amazing house. Brandon and Sara are outstanding parents and their kids are so fun. They are just such a great example of a family that is surrounded in love. I love having Brandon and Sara as family- they are so awesome.
